Objective Food Science and Safety Standards is an initiative to guide the student and professional who are aspiring to purse their career in government jobs like food inspector, food safety officer, and assistant commissioner of FDA etc. different state conduct such exams at certain interval. The aspirants are either students or working professionals. Students are still in academics and connected to the subject, library, professors and books, But, the working professionals need some guidance and ready study material for their preparation. syllabus of these entrance exams are different abut have many similarities. So, this is our effort to present both Food Science and Food Safety in a comprehensive way so that the exam aspirants can prepare for most of these exams in short time. The questions are framed in such a way that it covers the fundamental principles of food science and food safety standard.
